FRP Moulding Products
FRP moulding technique offers excellent detailing for geometric shapes ranging from patterns to minute detailing to complex curves and creative designs, to precision engineering parts. We at Everest use two techniques to manufacture moulded FRP products: Wet hand layup & spray-up (using chopper gun). Moulded FRP products are cheaper, faster, and easier to manufacture when compared to a cast aluminium or steel product, while it also maintains similar or better tolerances to harsh conditions and material strength.
