Our History

1991-1995

Established a manufacturing unit (500 sq. ft.) for FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer) corrugated panels in 1991. Later on, we introduced FRP flat panels and also started manufacturing FRP doors & frames, single piece skylight dome, and other industrial products such as FRP gutters.

1996-2000

Started executing turnkey industrial roofing solution projects for FRP panels and FRP gutters. Established a branch office in Surat, and later on acquired a land of 30,000 sq. ft. for a 6,000 sq. ft. factory at Manjusar, Gujarat.

2001-2004

We manufactured and supplied around 20,000 FRP slides (playground equipment) all over Gujarat, and also 75,000 FRP panels to L&T for the replacement of glass.

2005-2010

Then we further expanded our product range by manufacturing Poly-Urethane-Foam (PUF) panels. Later, we established a second production unit at Lamdapura, Gujarat where we used imported machinery from Singapore to convert the manual manufacturing process of GRC to semi-automatic process for better production output.

2011-2015

We relocated our FRP manufacturing to a unit in Sokhada, Gujarat, and then imported a fully automatic machine (CLM – Continuous Laminating Machine) from China for the production of FRP panels. We then introduced an automatic spray-up machine for FRP molding products and also launched EPS coated decorative moldings. Upgraded GRC unit by adding 2 new machines from Power-Sprays, UK.

2016-2020

Invested into a 2-lakh sq. ft. land (at Lamdapura, Gujarat) with 30,000+ sq. ft. of manufacturing area and constructed a brand-new manufacturing facility for GRC and Prefabricated structures division. Acquired 3 more machines from Power-Sprays for GRC manufacturing. Completed 500+ projects for more than 200 corporate clients all over India. In these 4 years we executed a number of prestigious projects where we manufactured and supplied over 13,80,000 sq. ft. of GRC.

We developed a special grade chemical resistant gel-coated FRP sheet and super-flat FRP sheet for special applications. Moreover, we have started executing complete turnkey projects for façade and prefabricated buildings in pan-India.

2020-2022

GRC more than 7,50,000 sq. ft. per annum, FRP sheets 4,20,000 m2 per annum, FRP molding 1,00,000 m2 per annum, and Prefab structures more than 2,00,000 per annum. We are adding an additional manufacturing area (45,000 sq. ft.) at our Lamdapura factory for new technology and a wider product range. We are also going to inaugurate our new head office in Vadodara, Gujarat. We have established an expanding network of channel partners across India and we will also be launching an export division to acquire the global market for composite products.

PULTRALL also promotes its proprietary product called V-ROD. In fact, the sucess of this product is a major reason as to why Pultrall has been able to double its sales since 2005. ECPL is the Pan-India distributor for Pultrall's V-ROD FRP reinforcement bars.
