Government of Gujarat — Wellness Centre, Aarogyavan, Kevadiya
Aarogyavan is the wellness and herbal garden precinct at Kevadiya, part of the Government of Gujarat's development around the Statue of Unity and the Sardar Sarovar Dam. ECPL delivered the Wellness Centre for the Department of Social Forestry — a 7,642 sq. ft. visitor-facing building in cementitious wall panels with PUF roofing, delivered complete from foundation design through to commissioning.

A fixed opening date and a bespoke design left no float in the programme. ECPL ran the build continuously to hold the date, delivering foundation, structure and finishes as a single sequence rather than staged handovers.
