Alembic City, Tower A
Tower A at Alembic City is a LEED-certified commercial development spread across 25 acres in Whitefield's tech corridor. Developed by Alembic Real Estate, the 17-storey tower delivers approximately 6,40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space — now fully leased to Google. ECPL supplied the complete GRC facade cladding system, engineered to meet the building's sustainability and aesthetic requirements while maintaining consistency across a large-format commercial elevation.

The project demanded dimensional consistency across hundreds of repetitive GRC panels spanning 17 floors, with tight tolerances for a clean commercial facade line. ECPL engineered a panelisation system using reusable CNC-machined moulds, ensuring panel-to-panel uniformity across the full elevation. Surface finish was matched to approved samples at every production run, and sequenced delivery was coordinated with the main contractor's floor-by-floor installation programme to avoid on-site storage constraints.
