Glassfibre reinforced concrete is a high-performance composite Portland cement, fine aggregates, and alkali-resistant glass fibres. The result is a material 80% lighter than precast concrete that can be moulded into virtually any shape, texture, or colour an architect can specify.

At ECPL, GRC is manufactured entirely in-house at our Lambdapura facility from panelisation engineering and mould production through to finished panels ready for installation. No outsourced manufacturing, no third-party moulds. The same team that engineers the panel system produces and installs it.

How a GRC project comes together

From the architect's design intent through to panels on the building one team, no handoffs.

Step 1 - Design & engineering
Panelisation layouts, structural calculations, substructure drawings, and fixing details — all produced in-house and approved before a single mould is made.
Step 2 - Mould production
CNC-machined for precision profiles, hand-finished for complex sculptural forms. Moulds produced at Lambdapura and reused across panel runs for dimensional consistency.
Step 3 - GRC manufacturing
Spray or premix application depending on panel geometry. Each panel is cured, finished, and quality-checked against approved samples before dispatch.
Step 4 - Installation & handover
Supervised installation by ECPL's site crew — fixing to substructure, panel alignment, joint sealing, and final inspection. One team from shop drawing through to handover.
