The Space Applications Centre is ISRO's payload and remote-sensing development arm in Ahmedabad, and its Payload Fabrication and Test Facility sits on 39 acres of new land at Bopal. ECPL supplied and installed 10,500 sq. m of 100mm PUF insulated prefabricated panelling across the building's external walls — flush-panel construction in pre-painted GI with a 40 kg/m³ foam core, silicone-sealed at every junction. Ordered in October 2018 and completed the following year, it remains the largest single panelling scope ECPL has delivered.
