A pre-engineered structure designed, manufactured and erected on the terrace of an existing pharmaceutical facility near Karjan. Building at height on a live plant meant lifting steel and panels to level rather than assembling at grade, with the full erection sequence run under continuous safety protocol.

The structure sat on an occupied terrace more than 10 metres above ground. Steel and panels were lifted to level and erected in place while the facility below remained operational, with stringent safety protocols in force throughout.
