Panchami is the final tower at Utalika, Ambuja Neotia's residential development off the EM Bypass in Kolkata. Launched in 2016, Utalika holds its built footprint to 34% of the site, with the remaining 66% given over to landscaped greenery and water — including a 2.65-acre lake that moderates the local micro-climate. The completed towers stand around Club De Ville, a four-storey clubhouse.
