A 100 MT pre-engineered structure designed, manufactured and erected on the terrace of an existing plant at Poicha — ECPL's first project executed above 18 metres.

The structure sat on a terrace above 18 metres, with steel lifted to a maximum erection height of approximately 50 metres. Only around 35 feet of working space existed around the building, ruling out conventional crane positioning — a 180 MT mobile crane was brought in to reach over the constraint and place steel at height.
